There is a problem with the finish of my lockset. What can I do?
For warranty claim:
Proof of purchase (copy of the receipt or original bar code) is required for warranty replacement parts (upon verification of warranty). Mail this along with (pictures of each unit are also required - both interior and exterior side of the door) include your Name, Address and Phone Number to:
