I bought my lock online. What do I need to do to return the lock?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must call or email the online retailer you purchased the lock from for return and refund information. Please review return policy from your sales receipt as the return policy may vary from online store to online store Kwikset can ONLY be responsible for replacing locks or lock components concerning a warranty issue. Please call our toll free number 1-800-327-LOCK (5625) and a Kwikset consumer service representative will be able to assist you.
