Why is the Halo Touch smart lock performing the opposite when I’m locking or unlocking the door using the Kwikset app?

Follow the steps below to correct the issue:

• Remove the cover and interior from the lock
• Put the cover back on the interior
• Rotate the turnpiece as required to properly orient the "shaft"
