The Screen On My Obsidian Doesn’t Light-Up/Wake-Up When I Touch It.
Check that the batteries have power, are inserted correctly into the battery pack, and that the battery pack is inserted correctly. HELPFUL TIP: When waking up the Obsidian, it’s best to touch the screen with multiple fingers, your palm, or the back of your hand until you hear a beep or the screen lights up.
