  • I restored the default settings, but it no longer works. All of the keys light up now it doesn't even beep when any buttons are pressed. I changed batteries, reassembled it, and restored default settings multiple times and nothing works. HELP!!

    When I get to the orientation programming, it gives me three red beeps no matter what I do. I've followed the directions correctly. Fresh batteries.  Before final assembly I had the knob Away from the door edge, and the torque bar horizontal.

    It. all the sudden quit unlocking the door. So I put in new batteries and as per the instructions on the inside lid which are hard to figure out. I cannot get it to work. The lock just stays over like it is locked? Help Coni

    How do I enter the second number on the pad? For example if I want to enter a 6 which is on the same key as 5.

    It will only let me get past the point of successfully setting a new code...then once it asks to test the new code I put it in the locked position and enter the new code but it beeps at me three times. What am I doing wrong? Please help!!
