I installed one in my daughter's home and it performed so well that I now have 3 installed in my own home. I recommend it to anyone who needs a secure dead bolt that can be programed for multiply users with different codes as well as a once access for someone who does not need regular access. ALL IN ALL IT IS A GREAT LOCK

Telephone help is definitely non-existing. Couldn't get thru and did not return calls. Had no trouble getting replacement on a 15 year old lock!

  • If key to door is lost is there a way to. rekey the lock?

    When returing home using the code we programmed to enter it works but when we close the door and turn the lock it beeps 3 times. Is there something wrong with the lock?

    I tried to lock it and it only locked halfway and stuck. Now it sticks halfway every time we try to lock or unlock it. Also when we operate it manually it sticks with a "click" halfway and we have to put more pressure to open or close it. Had since April
