My "Date Range" or "Weekly Recurring" access codes stopped working on my Halo or Aura Lock after Dec 31st, how can I fix this?
If you are experiencing an issue with your "Date Range" or "Weekly Recurring" access codes not working please follow these steps: 1. Go to the Access Codes page, by clicking on icon from the Dashboard page. 2. Select and delete the User with the "Date Range" or "Weekly Recurring" access code. 3.
