Troubleshooting Scheduled Access Code Issues on Halo & Aura Locks.

If you are experiencing an issue with your "Date Range" or "Weekly Recurring" access codes not working, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Access Codes
From the Dashboard, click the Access Codes icon Screenshot 2024-01-19 112830.

2. Delete the affected Access Code
Locate and delete the Access code associated with the non-working "Date Range" or "Weekly Recurring" access code.

3. Create a new Access code
Recreate the Access Code with the required access dates. You may reuse the same access code.
