No problems at all in 18 months. Only wish Kwikset had a double cylinder keyless electronic deadbolt. Need it for door with glass panes.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Lock Received this as a Christmas present. Installation was extremely easy and fast. After installation I had an issue with the lock working correctly. I took it off and reinstalled it in a matter of minutes, to no avail. I called the support number and they walked me thru the troubleshooting process. Come to fine out it had a defective motor. They immediately replaced the whole unit without any issues at all! Delivered within 10 days. Most of the time I would have been a little upset, but Kwikset handled this situation so well, I ended up extremely happy! Koodos to Kwikset!

  • The turn key won't rotate so that the key points up. How can we fix that?

    Do I have to re-key or can I use the enclosed key as a back-up?

    I just installed my kwikset smartcode 913 I had it in the box or about a year. The deadbolt works fine but the keypad wont light up......is there a place to replace the bulb or should i just exchange?

    Im just installed my SmartCode 913 and its not working.  When I connect the back piece the lock starts to click and the lock does not extend or return to the base. Should I return it or is there an easy fix?

    I need the deadbolt “B” that does not come with the lock?  It says in the instruction manual to order is separately.  I am not sure where to order it?
