Double system and not requiring keys at each. Easy installation and trouble free use.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent lock with advanced features I purchased and installed the lock 3 months ago and replaced and old keyed lock. I also installed a dumb handle on each side of the door and use the deadbolt as the only lock mechanism on the door. The smart key feature allows me to key the deadbolt to other doors I need to access in my condo building. Since the entire building is secured, I feel the deadbolt is the only lock I need on the inside. It has operated flawlessly and installation was fairly easy. I highly recommend this to anyone tired of fumbling with keys and wanting quick easy access to their premises.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for vacation homes After a few months of renting a home and having to arrange to have keys picked up and dropped off, I read about this and purchased it. Now I just ask the renter what code he / she wants to use, program it in from my iPhone for the rental period they'll be there and - done. Easier for everyone. Piece of cake to install (if you've ever installed a simple deadbolt, this isn't much different). Works beautifully with our FrontPoint monitoring system. Only complaint is that the programming instructions were a little unclear, but overall, I would highly recommend this.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kwikset Smart Code Deadbolt I have owned this product for the past 2 months and have found it to function perfectly with no issues. Being able to operate the lock remotely with my smart phone as set up through ADT was a wonderful feature to allow my daughter into the house while were gone. The flashing light has also been a good reminder to let me know that the lock was opened. During these two months we have not had to use our key at all. The keypad does it all even in below zero weather. Great Product. No Issues.

  • For the past month my alarm has a long beep after pushing the lock button and it takes longer for our door to lock and unlock than it had been. Today when I got home none of the buttons work at all. I changed batteries but still nothing.

    The battery pack snapped on the side when I was removing a battery.  I have glued it back together, but the lock seems to chew through batteries like crazy.  Replacing every week almost.  Where can I find a new battery pack?

    hi 1. what is a Z-Wave Configuration? 2.do I have to pay extra to use the website to check is the door is locked? 3.on the door instalation is it different for deadbolt with Z-Wave Configuration?

    Hello Rosa,Z-wave is a motor-driven deadbolt latch allows for true remote locking and unlocking. For cost you will have to contact you hub/controller dealer. The installation is the same as a standard door preparation, bore hole 2-1/8", thickness of door 1-3/8" - 1-3/4" and backset 2-3/8"-2-3/4".Thank you,Kwikset Support

    I have a 910 Zwave. How do I program more than 2 codes? It says in the instructions on this website to just push the program button three times to program the third code. But it only seems to work with code #1 and #2?

    How do I replace batteries?  After replacing batteries nothing works. Any ideas?

    I programmed a user code.  example - entered the master code, clicked lock, clicked 1, clicked lock, entered new code, clicked the lock. 2 beeps and green keypad. I then lock the deadbolt and the code won't unlock the door?
