  • How do I reset my code

    Hello Ken322, Thank you for taking the time to contact us. In order to reset your code, you will need to perform a factory reset on the lock. Please perform the following steps 1: Remove the battery pack. 2: Press and HOLD the Program button while reinserting the battery pack. 3: Continue to hold the Program button for 30 seconds, until the lock beeps and the statusLED flashes red. 4: Press the program button once more. The status LED will flash green and red several times.     Smartcode 915.The door handing process won't initiate. It runs smoothly with the supplied keys. I bought new batteries and tried all the batteries in the new pack that I bought. I'Ve tried the manual door handing process. All failed.

    Hello, my SmartCode 915 screen is not very sensitive. When the first two digits show up, I have a wait for quite a bit before it will take the input. Is there a way to reset the screen?

    This is a known problem with the Kwikset touch screen locks. This delay occurs when the ambient temperature is above about 85* F. I know this because I had three Obsidians which have the same touch screen and after the third replacement, they said they wouldn't replace it anymore because this was considered acceptable operation. All three had the problem. :(

    I have a smartcode 915 . The touchpad numbers are unresponsive to the touch. after about a30 seconds you are able to enter the code. Batteries have been changed but still the same problem. Please advise..

    Does the 915 work with Alexa
