I use the Smart Key knobs and deadbolts at my facility. The rekey option makes it very easy to change as needed. However, the latches wear out very fast at the handle turning mechanism point of contact. The deadbolts do not hold up well, the keyway starts floating, and sometimes the keys will get stuck or the keyway will not return to the starting position. I contacted customer service for warranty or repair and was told they do not warrant the product in a commercial setting and do not do repairs on their own locks. Very disappointing.

Poor quality - horrible instructions
Where are steps 8 through 11 for a 2 1/4 inch door!!! Not in the box, not on your website! if you do not include them - do not refer to them in your instructions!
